Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 Days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you would like to submit a return or refund request, please contact with the following information. 

  • Full Name
  • Order Number 
  • Email Address
  • Explanation of the defect 
  • High quality photo or video showing the defects. If images are not provided we will not be able to complete you request.

Change of Mind

If for any reason, you have a change of mind for an item you have received, will happily accept returns on full priced items.

Please note, this is only applicable for items still within 14 days of purchase, providing that the product is:

– Unworn and returned in the original condition.

– Have all tags, and plastic stickers attached.

– Include the original packaging, without postal labels.

– Returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable);

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight and associated shipping charges to return the item.
