Return Policy

We are committed to providing the best product and services to our customers.

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 Days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you would like to submit a return or refund request, please contact info@kerassi.com with the following information. 

  • Full Name
  • Order Number 
  • Email Address
  • Explanation of the defect 
  • High-quality photo or video showing the defects. If images are not provided we will not be able to complete your request.

Change of Mind

If for any reason, you have a change of mind about an item you have received, Kerassi.com will happily accept returns on full-priced items but you'll be responsible for the shipping cost. 

Please note, this is only applicable for items still within 10 days of purchase, providing that the product is:

– Unworn and returned in the original condition.

– Have all tags, and plastic stickers attached.

– Include the original packaging, without postal labels.

– Returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable);

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight and associated shipping charges to return the item.
